The view from the executive king room was great.

The hotel is clean and a lovely place for a weekend trip. The venue rooms are spotless and updated, equipped with a roll-away bed and a couch. The hotel offers a great selection of good food. The property is set in a favorable location close to all the restaurants, Carbondale, Illinois, and Crab Orchard Lake.

The staff members are consistently courteous and super-friendly. The hotel has a wonderful hip new vibe. The rear view is excellent. The pool is nice and relaxing. The location next to Carbondale, IL, is absolutely perfect.

This place has spacious and modern rooms with a private bathroom and climate control, a variety of TV channels, and a microwave, all conveniently located near numerous restaurants and in the downtown area.

We had a great value for our money at Hampton Inn! The room was spacious, clean, and updated. The location was convenient and the staff treated us with kindness and professionalism.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It is located in a nice clean quiet area, away from the downtown hustle and bustle. Being in a college town, there were plenty of nearby attractions and activities to explore. The rooms were updated and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast provided had wonderfully cooked eggs and Canadian bacon, making it a tasty start to our day.

The hotel was nice and fairly clean, comfortable, with a perfect location in the downtown area, and the room had a pull-out couch, along with the bonus of having a microwave and a refrigerator.

We greatly enjoyed our 1-night stay at Hampton Inn Carbondale. The deluxe king room had great beds and a comfortable couch. The hotel's location in a quiet area of Carbondale was convenient, with the shopping mall and restaurants nearby. It was surprising to find such a peaceful place in a college town.

It was a quick check in and the staff was really nice. The cleaning lady came and I was still in bed and requested for the bed to be made as I left the hotel..to my amazement it was. That's great service!

I had to request to have a refrigerator and microwave .. The young lady quickly brought it to my room. Also we had 2 rooms and mine of course was missing a sofa.. No big deal though. The cleaning lady came and I told her I needed more wash towels. She left me one.. Not two and an extra but one.
